Purpose of Workshop: The next workshop in the DOE Laboratories of the Future workshop series will be focused on place-based innovation models – innovation districts, research parks, cluster associations, and open campuses. These models leverage existing research institutions, universities, and industries to establish clusters of innovation and spur regional economic development.
